City West Water’s 2021 Graduate Program

Finishing your university degree and joining the workforce is an exciting step in unlocking your potential. Our graduate program is designed to do just that. Over a two-year rotation program we will immerse you in a range of experiences across City West Water.

With ongoing learning and dedicated support along the way, this is an amazing opportunity to begin your career with a water industry leader.

About our program

We are seeking graduates from the following disciplines:

  • Engineering
  • Information Technology
  • Business (Commerce, Accounting and Economics)

 

The rotations will take place over a two-year program, in which, we will immerse you in a range of experiences across City West Water.

The graduate program is aligned to a mindset of ongoing growth and learning – either in a classroom setting or practically speaking through hands-on projects, with ongoing support from our Executive Leadership Team, Mentors, Colleagues, and our Learning & Development team.

  • Applications for the 2021 graduate program are opening in the week commencing 28th September 2020
  • Applications close 11.59 PM Sunday, 11 October 2020

Screening dates

  • Shortlisting - week commencing 12th October 2020
  • Online Testing - week commencing 20th April 2020
  • Assessment Centres/Behavioural interviews (conducted virtually) - week commencing 20th October 2020
  • Reference checks - week commencing 23rd November 2020

 

Meet and Greet

In January 2021, we’ll be hosting a meet and greet. This is a great opportunity for you to meet with your colleagues, leaders and familiarise yourself with your new office and surroundings.
